Monthly plan or one-off package?
Both give you a professional website. The difference is how you pay and what you keep. A care plan is an optional extra for one-off websites only: monthly plans already include support sessions.

Which package is right for me?
A one-page website suits a simple online presence. A 2–3 page site gives room for services and a contact page. A 3–5 page site suits businesses with more to show. Monthly plans are managed for you. Not sure? Book a free demo and we will talk it through.
Is the contact form included?
On the one-page website the contact form is an extra £50. It is included in the 2–3 page website if you need one, and monthly plans include an enquiry and booking form sent to your email.
Is hosting free?
Hosting is free with every upfront website for as long as it is live with us. On a monthly plan it is part of the monthly fee while the plan is active and paid. A domain name is not included (from £10 a year) and stays registered in your name.
Can I change things after launch?
Small changes such as opening hours, text or a new image are done in a support session of up to 30 minutes. Care plans start from £29/month, and without a plan a session is £29.
Do I pay before you start?
Yes. Full development does not begin until payment is received: in full for an upfront website, or your first monthly payment for a monthly plan. The demo is free.
Can you promise Google rankings?
No. We build sensible search basics into your site, but nobody can promise rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
How much does a small business website cost in the UK?
Many UK web designers quote from £1,000 to several thousand pounds for a small business website. Ours start from £80 for a one-page site, £249 for 2–3 pages and from £349 for 3–5 pages, or from £30 a month on a managed plan with hosting included. You get the exact price in writing before any work begins.
Is a one-page website enough for my business?
For many small businesses, yes. A single page can show what you offer, your prices, opening hours, location and a way to get in touch. If you later need more pages, we can quote a larger package. A contact form on a one-page site is an extra £50.
Who owns my website?
Your content, branding and domain name are yours. With an upfront package you also receive your website design files. We keep ownership of the website code and functionality, and host the finished site free for as long as it's live with us. Managed monthly plans include no files, as we run the site for you.
Why choose you instead of Wix or Squarespace?
With a DIY builder you do the design, writing and setup yourself and pay for the platform. We do it for you: you send your content, the price is agreed in writing up front, and there's a real person to talk to by email or phone. Hosting is free while your site is live with us.
Do I need a domain name, and how much is it?
Yes, a domain name (like yourbusiness.co.uk) is how customers find you. It isn't included in our prices and costs from £10 a year. We'll guide you on what to buy. It's registered in your own name or account, so it stays yours, and you're responsible for renewing it.
