What a support session covers
- Updating opening hours or contact information
- Changing text or replacing an image
- Updating existing service descriptions
- Minor content adjustments within the existing layout
- Small corrections to existing content or presentation
Each session is up to 30 minutes. Your 2 included sessions a month are for minor changes; unused sessions do not carry over. Extra help: add one more session a month for £19, or two for £29, on top of your included sessions.

Conditions that apply
- No minimum commitment: cancel at any time by emailing us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and your site stays live until then. After that the managed hosting ends and the site goes offline
- Billing is monthly by standing order. You set it up on the agreed date and payment is due on that date, as confirmed in your quotation before you pay
- If a payment is late you have a 7-day grace period to pay. After that we add a £25 late fee, send one written warning, and you have a further 14 days to pay. If it is still unpaid after those 14 days, the site is taken down until the matter is resolved
- Any refund is handled in line with your legal rights
- Your domain stays registered in your own name or account, and you pay its renewals. If your plan ends you can point the domain elsewhere
- Enquiries go to your business email. After cancelling you can ask us for a copy of the text and images you gave us. The website design and files aren't transferred
- You provide your business information, branding assets and a business email address for enquiries
- Need the design files or your own hosting? Ask for a custom quotation instead
The monthly fee includes your website build. Your first monthly payment is due before development begins, then your subscription continues monthly.
