  • £29/month: 1 update session a month

Care plans are optional. You do not need one to buy a website.

Without a care plan, a minor update session is £29. Related small changes can be grouped into one session.

What a support session covers

  • Updating opening hours or contact information
  • Changing text or replacing an image
  • Updating existing service descriptions
  • Minor content adjustments within the existing layout
  • Small corrections to existing content or presentation

How support sessions work

  • Request a session by email or phone, listing the changes you'd like
  • Each session is up to 30 minutes of work, and a few small related changes can be grouped into one session
  • Unused sessions don't carry over to the next month
  • If a request is bigger than your allowance, we'll tell you before starting and quote the extra work. Nothing extra is done or charged until you agree

Limits

  • Care plans and subscriptions cover minor changes and general support, not unlimited development
  • Hosting and care are separate: cancelling a care plan does not take a site offline if hosting has been agreed to continue
  • A domain name is not included (from £10 a year)

How the monthly service works

  • Hosting and the enquiry and booking form (sent to your email) are included while the plan is active and paid
  • Starter (£30/month): 1–3 pages and 1 support session a month. Business (£50/month): 5–7 pages and 2 support sessions a month
  • Optional add-on: extra support sessions, £19 a month for one or £29 for two, on top of your included sessions
  • We manage the site. Hosting access is not included, but you get your own form data account to view your enquiries and customise automated replies
  • You provide your business information, branding assets and a business email address for enquiries
  • Need the design files or your own hosting? Ask for a custom quotation instead
