Who we are

Ryan Vincent, trading as Web Connect, 313 Billet Rd, London E17 5PX, is responsible for your information. Contact us at webconnect.inforv@gmail.com · 07914 658376 · WhatsApp for any privacy question.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect: your name, business name, email address or phone number, business category, your preferred contact method, whether you have a website and its address, whether you have a domain name, your objectives, desired features, budget range, preferred launch date, additional requirements and how you found us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not add you to any marketing list from this form.

Who handles it

Your form submission is sent through our form provider, Web3Forms, which delivers it to our email inbox. The website itself is hosted by Netlify. We do not share your details with anyone else, or sell them. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on the safeguards they provide.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not go ahead we keep it for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we need them to do the work and to keep our business records.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email webconnect.inforv@gmail.com and we will reply. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device so the site looks the same next time; it is not sent to us and holds no personal information.
